Management Plan

J B C Enterprises, Inc.'s management plan, at its core, is very simple since it is owned and operated by Matthew Scofield and his family. As the business grows, so will the organizational structure. The overall structure will look as follows:

President and CEO

This person will be responsible for the overall operations of the entire corporation.
VP Marketing

This person will be responsible for the research of new products and services, as well as the overall marketing of these products and services.
VP Operations

This person will be responsible for the overall operations of the firm. This will involve the acquiring and delivering of the products and services that we are selling.
VP Finance

This person will be responsible for preparing all financial reports, tax and other governmental filings, processing customer payments and vendor bills, payroll, and all other financial related operations.

All various business ventures may include their own management structures, similar to the structure of the parent company. Each venture will be operated as a division within the J B C Enterprises, Inc. structure. Depending on the eventual size of the division, this management structure may become more complex.

Each venture business will have their own business plan, following the pattern outlined in this plan. Our first venture will be J B C Smoke Shop. The business plan is included in Appendix A .
